
This is a full body circuit fitness class that takes place in the equipment training area. Workouts are based on a four-class rotation chosen by our certified personal training instructor. The cycle changes every few months so it doesn't get boring! CONDITIONING (AM) is ideal for beginners looking to get more comfortable in the workout area or anyone who wants to increase their general fitness. This class keeps cardio interesting with a circuit format and creative exercises.
